LOCAL PICKUP

In-Store pickups are available by scheduling appointments for pickup.
Storage Fees apply if product is not collected within 3 months from advised-collection-date.

LOCAL DOORSTEP DELIVERY

We engage third-party couriers to dispatch orders. Any incomplete addresses or missing contact data could result in a failed delivery attempt.

Standard Delivery: 3-4 working days (from order fulfilment date)
Express Delivery: WIP

INTERNATIONAL DOORSTEP DELIVERY

We engage third-party couriers to dispatch orders. Any incomplete addresses or missing contact data could result in a failed delivery attempt.

Standard Delivery: 9-10 working days (from order fulfilment date, assuming smooth customs clearance)

Payment of duties, taxes and other fiscal charges are post-paid by receivers and rates differ based on location of receiver.
